FORACO is a full service provider to the resource, water-well and geotechnical drilling industries.

As a full service provider to the resource, water well and geotechnical drilling industries, FORACO provides a fleet of late model drilling, grouting and support equipment, specified to tier one status.

Some of the safety features on our equipment include:

Mechanized rod handling (including six inch wireline drill rods)
Hands free breakouts
Zero energy (reduced rotation and feed pressures when the spin cage is open)
Wireless remote control on some rigs and support equipment
Safe T Load pipe and casing trailers for Hydro operations
Safe T Sloop for multipurpose drill pipe and casing handling
Air conditioned integrated dog house for wireless remote controlled diamond/multipurpose drilling
Full Measurement Whilst Drilling (MWD) data acquisition systems

Most of our rig carriers and support trucks are all wheel drive with a fleet of fifty 8 x 8 heavy duty Tatra and Mercedes trucks. We have a large fleet of support equipment including prime movers and freight trailers, rod and pipe handling sloops and trailers, compressors and boosters, mud trailers, mud pumps, caravans, and down hole tooling.

Drill Rigs

Diamond / Multi-purpose

FORACO has drilled to depths in excess of 3,000m and has extensive experience with directionally controlled drill holes.

Hydro Drilling

FORACO Australia specialises in small footprint, Large Diameter Flooded Reverse (LDFR) hydro drilling.

Reverse Circulation

FORACO operates a fleet of modern, heavy duty RC rigs with on board, high pressure air packages.

Grouting

FORACO and Fluid Potential has developed highly specialised and efficient grouting units for well completion and abandonment.

Support Equipment

We have a large fleet of support equipment including prime movers and freight trailers, rod and pipe handling sloops & trailers, compressors & boosters, mud trailers, mud pumps, caravans and down hole tooling.
